Shipping and Returns Policy
By placing an order you accept the following General Terms and Conditions of KALEVSKI DESIGN.
DELIVERY AND LOCAL PICK-UP
All orders are packaged with care in our design studio to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will provide you with the tracking number for your shipment. If you choose “BoxNow”, you will receive an email with the time and day to pick-up your package from the locker. Please be aware that “BoxNow” is only available in Croatia.
We send our products worldwide as registered mail with tracking number. The shipping costs depend on the weight of the shipment and country we are sending to. The total shipping costs will be shown at the checkout of you purchase.
We try our best to ensure timely delivery however, please note that it may take up to 5 business days to process and package your order. If you need express delivery, please contact us before ordering.
The delivery time depends on the organizations that carry out the delivery and delivery of the shipments in a certain country, therefore we have no influence on the delivery time.
Approximate delivery time within Croatia is 1-5 business days, within Europe 3-10 business days and worldwide 5-20 business days.

– Croatian Post
PAYMENT METHODS
We currently have the following payment methods:
– General payment/internet banking
– PayPal
PAYMENT BY GENERAL PAYMENT OR INTERNET BANKING
When order is placed, you will get an email with payment details. The customer is obliged to make the payment by general payment or internet banking within 24 hours of the time of the order. We will ship the order when the bank has implemented the payment. If payed by PayPal we will ship when the bank has implemented the payment.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
We will perform the required custom declarations.
Please note: Depending on the regulation of the destination country, your order might be subject to additional custom fees or local taxes. All taxes or fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
We do not cover extra storage or shipping costs that may result from lack of custom clearance or duty/tax payment. For more information regarding customs, taxes and duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
RETURNS
We undertake to deliver a product that corresponds to the image and description listed in our store. If you notices damage to the product or you are dissatisfied with the product, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt.
If the contents of the shipment do not correspond to the order, you can return the shipment at our cost. If you do not like the product for some other reason, the product must be returned undamaged and the cost of the return is for you. Using a trackable shipping service is a must.
We are not obliged to issue a refund for the order until the order has been returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
