My work explores how cultural identity becomes form in contemporary space.
About
Design is not decoration. It is a way of translating identity into form.
Raised in Croatia and shaped through education in the Netherlands, I approach design through contrast — tradition and modernity, history and abstraction, meaning and function.
The Glagolitic script became the foundation of this exploration. Not as a symbol, but as a system — of form, proportion and rhythm.
Form is developed through structure, material and context. Objects are not decorative elements. They are carriers of identity.
Each object is not designed to represent identity, but to embody it.
Objects are not designed to be seen.
They are designed to be understood.
The Studio
KALEVSKI is a design studio focused on objects, interiors and spatial elements.
Each project is developed through a hands-on process — from concept to final execution.
Collaborations include private clients, architects and cultural institutions.
